• Honua'ula-up to 600 feet which will provide astonishing views, some of the finest in all of Maui real estate;
• Makena North Golf Course-while the resort has not yet disclosed where residential lots will be, the area mauka of the course is 400-500 feet above sea level and due to the lack of oceanfront development in the area will create magical vistas.
